Conditions and use of the ticket purchase service

The service of sale of tickets is of onerous character, the user having all the information relative to the price of each ticket and the corresponding taxes at any moment in the Web. The information service offered through the website is free of charge.

Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded, except for reasons provided for in current legislation.

The purchase of a ticket implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

1. Illegal resale of a ticket or attempted illegal resale constitutes sufficient cause for the seizure or cancellation of said ticket without the right to a refund or any other type of compensation.

2. The ticket has different security measures. Each barcode is unique and allows only one access. The Organization does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale.

3. Any ticket that has been altered, torn, suspected of being counterfeit or illegally acquired will authorize the Organization to prohibit access to its bearer.

4. Likewise, the ticket holder will lose his rights when leaving the venue.

5. In the case of having applied a discount in the purchase of the ticket, the Organization will require the accreditation of the discount in order to gain access to the venue.

6. Once the ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be admitted, except in case of cancellation of the event. In this case, the Organization undertakes to refund the amount of the ticket.

7. It is forbidden to film the show. It is also forbidden the use of flash, as well as the entry of any object or product that the Organization considers dangerous.

8. The right of admission is reserved.

9. The bearer authorizes the Organization to carry out, in accordance with the Law, the revisions or searches of person and belongings to verify that the security conditions are met.

10. It is not allowed to enter the enclosure once the show has started, until the time of the break if there is one.

11. It is necessary to keep the ticket until the exit of the enclosure.

12. The Organization reserves the right to modify the program of the show.

13. The use of this electronic payment system to purchase tickets will constitute a crime of electronic fraud, provided for in the Penal Code and punishable by up to six years in prison, when any of the following circumstances are present: Providing false data of the buyer or the card number used as a means of payment; Using the data of persons other than the buyer; Providing card numbers that do not match the buyer's; Usurping the status of the holder of other people's cards; Using card numbers generated with computer programs or similar algorithms.

     A ticket may not be used for advertising, commercial, promotional, gaming, contest or betting purposes without prior, express and reliable authorization from the Promoter.

15.  NK Producciones Artísticas declines all responsibility for tickets purchased at unofficial points of sale. NK Producciones Artísticas is not responsible for possible price differences with other means or sales channels.

16.  The ticket or tickets are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the Promoter of the event. All details will be available to the user at the venue box office. Violation of any such rules and regulations, or any other act that may cause damage, injury or grievance, shall entitle the venue or the Promoter of the event to expel the user from the venue. In any case, NK Producciones Artísticas recommends and refers the buyer to the rules established, in each case and for each event, by the Promoter of the particular event or show at any given time.

17. NK Producciones Artísticas is not responsible for the loss or theft of the ticket.

18. In general, the unauthorized use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited. Any tapes or films obtained may be destroyed. Laser pointers, the use of cell phones, animals (except for guide dogs) and the customer's food and drink are also generally prohibited.

19.  The venue, the Event Promoter and NK Producciones Artísticas are not responsible for any personal belongings.

20. NK Producciones Artísticas informs that the event or show may be recorded for commercial and/or promotional purposes. By accessing the venue of the event or show, the ticket holder agrees and consents that his/her image may be recorded and subsequently reproduced for the aforementioned purposes as part of the audience.

21. The Promoter reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the program of the event. It is a condition of admission to keep the ticket complete and in good condition.

23. The Promoter reserves the right of admission and may search the public at the entrance. No objects considered dangerous by the Organization are allowed to enter.

24. Entries may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, per family.

How do I get my tickets?

Once you have completed your purchase and received the confirmation email, your tickets will be available for you to print them from home or from the place of your choice or get them in mobile format. You can print the PDF on paper to access the venue on the day of the show or.You can simply show from your device the ticket or tickets that are sent to you directly in mobile format in the confirmation email where your seat or seats and one or more barcodes are shown. If you choose the latter option, it is your responsibility to go to the event with a device that is in good condition so that the venue control staff can view the ticket(s) you have purchased. We advise you to save your ticket on your cell phone by opening the email on your device and using the "Save image" or similar function.

Check-in

If you authorize us to do so, we will send you the invoice for your purchase electronically. However, you can also request a paper invoice, as indicated by ticking the appropriate box. If you have authorized us to send you the invoice by electronic means, you may request a paper copy of the invoice at any time by sending an e-mail to info@nkprodarte.com. In this case, we will send the invoice to the postal address you provide.

 

Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Occasionally, shows are subject to cancellation, change of date or substantial alteration by the team, the artist or the Promoter for a variety of reasons. Please contact us for further information.

 

Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded, except for reasons provided for in current legislation.The impossibility of attending an event or show or the commission of an error in the purchase of the ticket(s) are not grounds for a refund.

 

The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current legislation on consumer and retail trade management.

 

In the event that the date of the show is changed: unless otherwise indicated in relation to a particular show, if the date of the show is changed, you will be offered seats (subject to availability), of a value corresponding to your original tickets.

In addition to the right to watch the show, participate in the recreational activity or use the corresponding service, the general public has the right:

 

To have the show or activity carried out in its entirety and in the form and conditions with which it has been announced.

 

To obtain, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force, the refund of the amount of the tickets purchased, in case of not being in agreement with the variation of the show or activity or of its conditions or requirements, arranged by the Organization, unless it had already begun and the variation was due to force majeure.

All of the above in accordance with current regulations, unless the autonomous regulations of each Autonomous Community establish otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

If a show is cancelled (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s), including the corresponding handling fee per ticket. 

NK Producciones Artísticas, before any change that occurs in an event or show is committed to:Publish it on its website as soon as it becomes aware of them, in order to keep users duly informed.

Send a message to the email address provided by the user at the time of purchase informing about such changes.
